Eligibility for refunds
We want every Blogauto.ai customer to be happy with their purchase. If our platform is not right for you, you can request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are only available on unused credits. Credits that have already been consumed to generate or publish articles are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed against the original payment method only.
- One refund per customer; abuse of the refund policy will result in account suspension.
Example: You buy a Growth plan with 250 credits and use 30 within the first 5 days. You can request a refund for the remaining 220 unused credits (pro-rata).
What is NOT refundable
- Credits that have already been used to generate articles, images, or publish content.
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
- Add-on services (one-off article generation, custom setup help).
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email support@blogauto.ai from the email address registered on your Blogauto.ai account. Include:
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund (helps us improve)
We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 7 working days of approval. The refunded amount will appear in your original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund of past payments. Unused credits remain accessible until they expire as per your plan terms.

Common refund scenarios
Most refund requests fall into a small number of categories. Understanding which one applies helps us process yours faster.
- Wrong plan selected at checkout — if you accidentally bought the wrong tier (annual instead of monthly, or wrong credit amount), we can swap you to the correct plan and refund the difference within the 7-day window.
- Technical issue prevented use — if a platform issue on our end prevented you from generating or publishing articles during your first 7 days, we will refund unused credits regardless of how many you bought.
- Output quality below expectations — if articles consistently miss your brand voice or keyword targeting after we have tuned your settings, you may request a refund for unused credits within 7 days.
- Changed mind or no longer needed — if you decide Blogauto.ai is not the right fit for your business, refund applies to unused credits only within 7 days of original purchase.
Refund processing timeline
Once your refund request is received and approved by our support team, the funds take a predictable amount of time to reach you:
- Approval window — we review and respond within 1 business day of receiving your request.
- Refund initiation — approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days through Razorpay (our payment processor).
- Bank crediting — Indian bank cards typically show the refund within 5 to 7 working days after initiation. International cards may take 7 to 10 working days depending on the issuing bank.
- UPI and net banking — these refunds usually credit within 3 to 5 working days as Razorpay processes them faster than card networks.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 working days from approval, email support@blogauto.ai with your Razorpay reference and we will trace it directly with the payment processor.
Indian tax and GST considerations
For customers based in India, a few additional points apply to refunds:
- GST refund — if your original purchase included GST and you provided a GSTIN at checkout, the GST portion is refunded along with the base amount through Razorpay.
- Invoice cancellation — if a GST invoice was issued for your purchase, we cancel the original invoice and issue a credit note for the refunded amount as per Indian tax compliance requirements.
- No-GSTIN purchases — if you did not provide a GSTIN at checkout, the refund is processed as a simple reversal without additional tax adjustment.
- Foreign currency purchases — if you paid in USD or another non-INR currency, refunds are processed in the original currency. The exchange rate at the time of refund may differ slightly from the original purchase rate; this is a Razorpay processing matter outside our control.
