How quickly will I get a response?

Support emails to support@blogauto.ai are read Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST. Routine queries typically get a same-day response from our team. Urgent issues (account locked, cannot publish, billing failures) get priority — include URGENT in your subject line for fastest attention. For non-urgent product feedback or feature requests, we respond within one to two business days.

Can I get help setting up my WordPress connection?

Yes. WordPress Application Password setup is the most common support topic we handle. Email us a screenshot of where you get stuck and we will walk you through it. Typically the issue is two-factor authentication blocking the password creation step, or a custom security plugin restricting REST API access on your WordPress installation. Either issue takes 5 to 10 minutes to fix.

Do you offer onboarding for agencies?

Yes. For agency accounts managing more than five client sites, we offer a free 30-minute video onboarding call covering bulk site setup, white-label workflow patterns, per-client brand voice configuration, and topic strategy at scale. Email support@blogauto.ai with subject Agency onboarding to schedule a slot during business hours.

What if article quality is not meeting expectations?

Send us two or three examples of articles that did not meet your standards, along with specifically what did not work (tone too generic, missing technical depth, wrong keyword density, factual inaccuracy, and so on). The Blogauto.ai team will tune your brand voice settings and topic templates within 24 hours. Most quality issues come from incomplete brand voice setup that we can fix together quickly.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

You can cancel your subscription anytime directly from your account dashboard under Account Settings — no need to email. Plan upgrades take effect immediately with credit balance preserved. Where can I follow Blogauto.ai updates?

Product updates are posted to our blog at blogauto.ai/blog covering new features, integrations, and SEO best practices. Major announcements (new platform integrations, pricing changes, beta features) go to all account holders via email automatically. We do not currently maintain active social media channels — our focus is the product and the blog content itself.

Can I integrate Blogauto.ai with my existing publishing workflow?

Yes. Beyond direct WordPress, Shopify, Ghost, and Webflow publishing, we support Zapier for connecting to any tool in your stack. Common workflows our customers build include routing draft articles through Slack for team review before publishing, automatically tagging articles with internal tracking categories in Notion, and pushing published article notifications to client communication channels. Email support@blogauto.ai with your specific workflow requirement and we will confirm whether it can be set up via our existing integrations.
